Where can I download your apps? +
All Peregrin Software apps are available exclusively on the Apple App Store. Visit the Apps page to find direct links to each app's listing.
Are your apps free? +
Most apps offer a free tier with core features, plus an optional one-time purchase or subscription for premium features. No ads, no data selling. You'll always know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
What iOS versions do your apps support? +
Our apps require iOS 16 or later (Aerie Planner requires iOS 17+). We focus on recent iOS versions to take full advantage of Apple's latest APIs and performance improvements.

Billing & Purchases

How do I request a refund? +
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Peregrin Software does not process payments directly.
How do I cancel a subscription? +
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I use my purchase on multiple devices? +
Yes. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings on any device signed in with the same Apple ID to restore them for free.

Technical

How does iCloud sync work? +
Our apps use Apple's CloudKit to sync data via iCloud. Your data goes directly to Apple's iCloud infrastructure — Peregrin Software never has access. Ensure iCloud Drive is enabled for the app in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.
The app crashed. What should I do? +
Force-quit the app and restart it. If the issue continues, restart your iPhone. If crashes persist, please submit a support request with your device model, iOS version, app version, and what you were doing when it crashed.
How do I backup my data? +
Enable iCloud sync in the app's settings for automatic backup across devices. Your data is also included in your iPhone's standard iCloud or Finder backup.

Privacy

Do your apps track me or show ads? +
No, never. We don't include advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We build a sustainable business through honest pricing. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What data do you collect? +
Minimal. We collect crash diagnostic reports (only if opted in via iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics) and information you voluntarily submit through our support form. Your in-app content stays on your device or in your personal iCloud — we cannot access it.
